Overcome Basketball Academy was created to give young athletes the structure, discipline, and mentorship that so many youth programs lack. Built by leaders shaped through real adversity, OBA was founded on the belief that strong character, accountability, and resilience can change the trajectory of a young person’s life.

Our leadership team brings a blend of military discipline, coaching experience, and a deep commitment to youth development. We saw a need for a program that went beyond basketball; a program that taught respect, responsibility, and the ability to overcome challenges both on and off the court.

OBA was formed to serve families, strengthen communities, and provide athletes with a place where they can grow in confidence, develop leadership skills, and learn how to rise through adversity. Every drill, practice, and team interaction is designed to build disciplined athletes and capable young leaders.
